So much has been written about the importance of carefully choosing the right fashion accessories to go with a stylish outfit. Much has been written about the chic new trends in clutch bags (favored by big name stars such as Angelina Jolie at red carpet events). And of course, everyone knows that jewelry and designer watches are essential in complementing any fashion statement.
But as important as these fashion accessories are, there is nothing more essential to round off any stylish outfit than a pair of delicious Italian leather designer shoes. And nothing can making you feel more dressed up for any occasion than wearing a pair of Prada Shoes from their latest Spring/Summer collection.
There is a marked departure from towering heels in their latest collection. Although tall heels and needle-sharp towering stilettos have been dominating the runways for years, making those glamorous runway models seem like perfect fashion goddesses, Prada’s new collection still maintains its Italian chic this season, while incorporating sensible heels that are thicker, chunkier and lower. The shoes may be sensible at the heel, but do not sacrifice any of that distinct Prada style, design and bling.

And it’s not just Prada that’s lost the towering heel this season. Other big shoe fashion houses such as Gucci shoes have followed the trend by including thick-heeled styles in their latest collection, including some really stylish flats. We’ll have to wait and see whether this new lower, more sensible heel is just a temporary fad, or a permanent fashion trend.
